1- SAHEH Company qualifies healthcare facilities by training employees on quality system requirements and establishing and documenting all necessary quality system elements, policies, and supplementary documents (in accordance with the General Authority for Health Accreditation and Regulation standards), including:
Procedures (for each activity) – instructions – work templates - the hospital's organizational structure - job description cards - quality policy - quality manual.
2- Additionally, the safety specifications within the facility are reviewed according to National Safety Requirements (NSR), as well as infection control requirements. Specific policies are developed, and employees are trained accordingly.
